This is a large wooden house using panel-frame construction technology with a spacious covered terrace, where a barbecue area can be arranged. The house includes a spacious kitchen-living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a wardrobe, and a utility room.

The construction of this project involves the use of components and building materials from leading certified manufacturers, so this kit can be exported to EU countries or other countries.

The technology of manufacturing panel-frame houses allows obtaining a ready-made kit within 3 months after the start of production (roof, external and internal walls, windows, external and internal doors). External walls are covered with a final layer of facade elements, and internal walls are covered with a gypsum fiberboard Fermacell (energy-efficient, fire-resistant, moisture-resistant material).

The wall structure has a thickness of 282-302 mm and includes 200 mm of insulation (mineral wool, density 45 kg/m³), the heat loss coefficient of the wall is U=0.18 W/(m²·K), the house's floor has a thickness of 317 mm and includes 250 mm of insulation (mineral wool, density 45 kg/m³), the heat loss coefficient of the roof is U=0.15 W/(m²·K). Panoramic windows and parallel-sliding doors are supplied by REHAU or the Ekipazh factory (customer's choice). The overall heat loss coefficient of the house with this construction is U=0.22 W/(m²·K).

We manufacture houses with various construction options (depending on the region or your budget, we can create different house variants). We also produce houses with a heat loss coefficient (U) not exceeding 0.19 W/(m²K) (a house made according to the requirements of KfW Effizienzhaus 40 Plus) or not exceeding 0.32 W/(m²K) (a house made according to the requirements of EnEV 2009).
