Tembec takes market-related downtime at Pine Falls, Manitoba newsprint facility
Tembec announced December 17, 2008, that it will shut down its Pine Falls, Manitoba newsprint facility for two weeks during the Christmas holiday break. The mill will stop production on December 21 and restart on January 5, 2009.
Management has informed employees of the Company’s decision.
The Pine Falls newsprint facility produces 185,000 tonnes annually.
